Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of and we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty / wrongly supplied and a refund is made.

Please note:

  • The items are your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our offices, unless sent via a time guaranteed service.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items without packaging or with damaged/unsaleable won’t be accepted.
  • Please note, that no refunds are issued on discounted products.

Please complete the returns form that was sent with your parcel and send it with your parcel.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with any products, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order.

You must pay for the return postage and we suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back at our warehouse.

All items must be unworn, in a resaleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing.

Please note, that no refunds are issued on discounted products.

We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we will return the item to you without refunding.

We will refund the original price of the item including the sale price or promotion price at the time of purchase. We do not refund the original postage.

We try our best to quality control every item but in the unfortunate event that you may have received a faulty item we will refund you the total amount of the item as quickly as possible once it has been received back at our warehouse.

Please note, if you qualify for free delivery for orders over 75 and later decide to return items from the order so it falls below £75, you will be subject to a delivery charge which will be deducted from your refund.

When you return any item/s, please fill in the Returns Form and put it inside the package.

Faulty / wrongly supplied items
If the item you received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact customer services quoting your order number, the details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty or wrongly supplied items to return them to us.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave, make-up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
